We are seeking a dedicated Karyawan Spesialis Perawatan Eyelash to join our fast‑growing beauty salon team. The successful candidate will work in a vibrant, customer‑focused environment, offering a full schedule from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑17:00) and the opportunity to develop advanced skills within the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess desired lash styles, eye shape, and any sensitivities.
- Apply eyelash extensions using industry‑standard techniques, ensuring a natural look and long‑lasting adherence.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, including sterilizing tools and disinfecting workstations after each client.
- Manage inventory of lash supplies, adhesives, and accessories, and report low stock to the store manager.
- Document each service in the salon’s management system, recording client preferences, product batch numbers, and after‑care instructions.
- Provide post‑treatment guidance, including after‑care tips, refill schedules, and recommendations for complementary beauty services.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow, assist during peak hours, and support training of new staff.
- Stay current with the latest eyelash trends, techniques, and safety regulations by attending workshops and webinars.
- Promote salon services through upselling and cross‑selling, contributing to monthly sales targets.
- Handle client feedback professionally, resolving any concerns to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as the role involves close personal service.
- At least 0 years of hands‑on experience in eyelash extension application (training or on‑the‑job learning is acceptable).
- Not currently enrolled in college or school, ensuring full availability for the scheduled work hours.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a busy salon environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing you to build trust with clients.
- Attention to detail and steady hand coordination for precise lash placement.
- Basic knowledge of a store management system or willingness to learn the salon’s software.
