Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and suggest daily specials or promotional items.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes, and verify order correctness before serving.
- Serve meals and drinks, monitor table status, and respond to guest requests swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit, or digital payments, and provide clear receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and restocking condiments.
- Collaborate closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and managers to manage peak periods and special events efficiently.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all health regulations are followed at all times.
- Work under pressure during busy service hours while maintaining a calm and courteous attitude.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service protocols, and hospitality best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; inclusive hiring policy.
- Experience in restaurant or food‑service environments is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and basic English is a plus).
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Comfortable handling high‑pressure situations during peak hours.
- Proficiency in basic food and beverage service techniques, including proper table setting and safe handling of dishes.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
