Introduction
PT. Prima Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Sumber Daya Manusia (DW) to join our growing HR team. This role serves as a critical link between the organization’s leadership and its employees, ensuring that all personnel processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be instrumental in supporting both day‑to‑day HR operations and long‑term talent development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity across the HRIS and physical filing systems.
- Process new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations in accordance with company policy and the latest labor law provisions.
- Administer payroll support by verifying attendance, overtime, and statutory deductions, collaborating closely with the finance department.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, document verification, and workplace setup.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee development programs such as training workshops, performance appraisal cycles, and career pathing initiatives.
- Provide first‑line support for employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave balances, and HR policies, delivering clear and courteous communication.
- Generate regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism) for senior management review.
- Monitor compliance with local labor legislation, updating internal policies as needed and advising managers on best practices.
- Facilitate the administration of employee welfare programs, including health insurance, employee assistance, and recognition schemes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in an HR administration or personnel management role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and experience applying it to everyday HR tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in employee administration, including onboarding, record‑keeping, and development initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels.
- High integrity, self‑motivation, and a professional demeanor that reflects the company’s values.
