We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan Umum to join our team in the vibrant city of Tulungagung. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of office spaces, public areas, restrooms, and corridors, ensuring all surfaces are dust‑free and sanitized.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste according to local regulations and company guidelines, including recycling and hazardous material handling when required.
- Monitor and replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet supplies to guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, mop buckets) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist with special cleaning projects, such as deep‑cleaning carpets, window washing, and post‑event cleanup.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, attendance, and inventory using company‑provided logs or digital tools.
- Uphold company standards for personal appearance, hygiene, and conduct, including the policy of no tattoos or body piercings while on duty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive workflow and respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (no upper age limit, but candidates must be physically capable of the duties).
- Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant cleaning or facilities‑maintenance experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrated punctuality, discipline, and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to be assigned to the Tulungagung area on a long‑term basis.
- Active SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) with no criminal record.
- Compliance with the company’s dress code: no visible tattoos or body piercings while on duty.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper waste segregation.
