Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Crew Restoran/Service (Kasir, Pelayan, Penanggung Jawab) to join our fast‑paced food & beverage outlet. The successful candidate will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly service while maintaining accurate cash handling and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Opening & Closing Procedures: Prepare the outlet for service, verify stock levels, set up POS stations, and complete end‑of‑day cash reconciliation and reporting.
- Service Excellence: Take orders swiftly, memorize the menu, serve dishes, and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Complaint Management: Address minor guest concerns calmly, offering solutions without escalating the situation.
- Cashier Operations: Operate the POS system, handle cash accurately, process voids, refunds, and discounts, and generate daily closing reports.
- Team Leadership (PIC): Allocate tasks, coach junior crew members, and act as the point of contact for the kitchen and owners during peak periods.
- Stock Control: Perform basic inventory checks, report shortages, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Backup Support: Step in as a waiter during rush hours to ensure smooth service flow.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Enforce all SOPs, maintain cleanliness, and guarantee food safety compliance.
- Shift Leadership: Lead shift handovers, motivate the team, and make rapid decisions when the outlet is busy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years.
- Gender: all genders accepted.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a fast‑breakfast or lunch‑rush environment.
- Prior experience as a shift leader or senior crew member is highly desirable.
- Proficient with POS systems and cash handling; strong attention to detail in financial reconciliation.
- Excellent memory of menu items and ability to take orders quickly.
- Demonstrated multitasking abilities—serving guests while monitoring cashier activities.
- Leadership qualities: decisive, firm yet respectful, able to communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management.
- Basic stock management skills and ability to report discrepancies.
- Key personal attributes: strong mental stamina, ability to work under pressure, problem‑solving mindset, no unnecessary phone usage during shifts, and a clear sense of urgency.
- Must not be overly relaxed, overly gentle, or prone to panic in high‑stress situations.
