We are seeking a motivated Petugas Lapangan to join our dynamic team in the Pekalongan region. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to clients within the Pekalongan area to collect outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Verify the accuracy of client documentation, including identification, credit agreements, and payment receipts.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the back‑office credit and legal teams to resolve disputes, initiate legal actions when necessary, and update credit status.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining payment options, and offering guidance on financial responsibilities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for management, highlighting collection performance, challenges faced, and suggested improvements.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or potential fraud in the field, escalating to the risk‑management department.
- Stay informed about local regulations, municipal policies, and industry best practices related to credit collection and consumer protection.
- Assist in training new field staff by sharing best practices, route planning strategies, and effective negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 55 years.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in field collection, credit collection, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of credit law (Hukum Kredit) and the ability to apply it in real‑world scenarios.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- High adaptability and quick learning capability to handle changing market conditions.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid, active SIM C.
- Deep familiarity with the geography of the city of residence, enabling efficient route planning.
- Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to company policies and schedules.
- For candidates with prior field collection experience, please provide at least one of the following: a work reference letter, a “paklaring,” a certificate of employment, or any official document that verifies collection experience.
