Introduction

This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue) while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are completed within established timelines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly A/R aging reports to identify high‑risk accounts and prioritize collection activities.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to understand loan terms, assess borrower capacity, and propose realistic restructuring solutions.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting recovery rates, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards throughout the collection cycle.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to collection strategies, workflow automation, and customer communication templates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor’s) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection – experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the posting).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM or collection software.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and adapt to occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
