Responsibilities

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally to foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and product teams to produce visually appealing and on‑brand posts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates; prepare weekly reports for senior management.
- Identify trending topics, hashtags, and industry conversations to integrate timely content that resonates with the target audience.
- Maintain an organized content library and archive all published material for future reference.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Conduct basic competitor analysis to benchmark our social presence and suggest improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, copyright regulations, and platform-specific community guidelines.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing department, such as coordinating meetings, preparing presentation decks, and maintaining project timelines.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20 years or older.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), and content scheduling software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience (0‑2 years) in social media administration, digital marketing, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic tools such as Canva is advantageous.
