Responsibilities
- Engage customers on the sales floor by presenting, demonstrating, and explaining the features and benefits of various laptop brands and accessories.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and recommend appropriate solutions that match their usage patterns and budget.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by store management.
- Maintain a well‑organized and fully stocked laptop display, ensuring all units are clean, functional, and correctly priced.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report any discrepancies, and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment.
- Assist in setting up promotional signage, in‑store events, and product launch activities to boost visibility.
- Collect and input customer feedback into the CRM system to help the marketing team refine future campaigns.
- Provide after‑sales support, including basic troubleshooting, warranty registration, and directing customers to service centers when needed.
- Collaborate with fellow sales associates, managers, and visual merchandisers to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Prepare daily sales reports, highlight trends, and suggest improvement strategies to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 29 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK (high school) or any higher education level.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or consumer tech.
- Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics.
- Willingness to work in the Jabodetabek region and flexible to occasional weekend shifts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment, reliability, and a professional appearance (proportional body measurements).
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
