Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Outlet Crew Penjualan to lead our sales team at a high‑traffic outlet in Bekasi. This position plays a pivotal role in driving daily revenue, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining the safety standards required for handling LPG installations. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership abilities with a hands‑on approach to store operations, helping the outlet achieve its sales targets while fostering a collaborative and disciplined work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and schedule the outlet crew to guarantee optimal staffing levels from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
- Oversee daily sales activities, monitor key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Coordinate the safe installation and maintenance of LPG gas cylinders, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the outlet is clean, organized, and presents an attractive shopping environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and work closely with the supply chain team to minimize stock‑outs and overstock situations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for building brand loyalty.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management, highlighting sales trends, crew performance, and operational issues.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and safe LPG handling procedures.
- Promote a culture of honesty, tidiness, and courtesy among all team members, reinforcing the company’s values of integrity and respect.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns, in‑store events, and loyalty programs that drive foot traffic.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20‑30 years.

- Residency: Must reside in Bekasi or surrounding areas for reliable commuting.
- Experience: At least 1‑2 years in retail sales or outlet management; prior exposure to LPG products is a strong advantage.
