Introduction

The Kolektor Lapangan – Kantor Cabang Pangkal Pinang is a pivotal field collection role within a fast‑growing financial services organization operating across Indonesia. Based in the strategic hub of Pangkal Pinang, the successful candidate will serve as the front‑line liaison between the company and its retail and corporate clients, ensuring timely recovery of overdue contracts while maintaining strong, professional relationships. This position offers a dynamic work environment that blends field visits, negotiation, and asset protection, ideal for individuals who thrive on interpersonal challenges and possess a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on‑site visits to customers to negotiate settlement of past‑due contracts and secure payments.
  • Apply persuasive communication techniques to engage clients whose payments are delayed by more than 90 days.
  • Achieve individual and branch recovery targets for bucket categories ranging from 91 to 210 days before work order (WO) issuance.
  • Issue formal notices (SP) to delinquent customers and document all collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, community organizations (ormas), external professional collectors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Secure company assets when a customer is unable or unwilling to meet payment obligations, coordinating with security or legal teams as needed.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends and recommending process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Credit, Legal, and Customer Service to resolve disputes and streamline the recovery workflow.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance standards, including proper handling of sensitive financial information.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on negotiation tactics, legal guidelines, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat; a D3 or S1 degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in field collection, credit recovery, or a related customer‑facing role.
  • Valid and active Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C) with the ability to operate a motor vehicle for client visits.
  • Strong integrity, high motivation, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven persuasive negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with team objectives and branch performance goals.
  • Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic office software for reporting and data entry.
  • Flexibility to work standard office hours (08:00‑17:00) and adapt to occasional schedule changes based on field requirements.
