Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, card, and digital payments with 100 % accuracy.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front‑counter area, ensuring that all promotional materials and service menus are up‑to‑date.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about laundry packages, pricing, and turnaround times, and provide courteous recommendations to enhance sales.
- Build strong relationships with regular clients, remembering preferences and offering personalized service to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary while striving for first‑time resolution.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, generate sales reports, and submit them to the store manager.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking of detergents, cleaning supplies, and packaging materials using tablet‑based inventory software.
- Coordinate with the laundry floor staff to ensure orders are processed on schedule and ready for pickup or delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, keeping the checkout area clean and orderly.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new service offerings, promotional campaigns, and technology updates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Preferred range 20‑25 years; however, all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

- Prior experience in retail cash handling or customer‑facing roles (0‑2 years acceptable).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey information politely and persuasively.
