Introduction
PT Namrole, a leading player in the multifinance sector, is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Surveyor Proyek to join its growing team at the Adira branch. The role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data, supporting credit assessments, and contributing to the overall risk management framework. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough verification of customer data, including identity documents, financial statements, and collateral information.
- Coordinate field visits to project sites, collecting and validating on‑site data to support loan underwriting.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit and Collections teams to ensure that verified data aligns with internal risk criteria.
- Maintain detailed records of verification activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
- Identify discrepancies or potential fraud indicators and promptly report findings to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of analytical reports that summarize verification outcomes and highlight trends.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff or new hires on verification procedures and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining verification processes and reducing turnaround time.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Male candidates only, aged 29 – 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in data verification, credit monitoring, or field surveying; experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with customers.
- High degree of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection processes, and interpersonal communication.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira branch office in accordance with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
