Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (HRD) to lead the human resources function for a fast‑growing beauty clinic chain. This pivotal role will shape the talent strategy, ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, and foster a culture of professionalism, discipline, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented leader with a solid background in HR management, preferably within the beauty, spa, or healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and continuously improve the full recruitment life‑cycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, psychometric testing, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Develop and administer psychotests and competency assessments tailored to the aesthetic industry to ensure the right fit for both technical and customer‑facing roles.
  • Create, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for HR activities that align with the clinic’s brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records; generate regular reports for senior management and conduct performance‑based evaluations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate internal training programs, career development pathways, and performance appraisal cycles to boost employee engagement and skill growth.
  • Oversee all administrative aspects of labor relations, including contract drafting, payroll coordination, BPJS administration, and compliance with the latest UU Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, mediating conflicts, handling grievances, and promoting a harmonious workplace.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop workforce planning forecasts, talent pipelines, and succession plans that support business expansion.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of employee data and uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Lead HR initiatives that nurture a positive, disciplined, and professional environment, such as wellness programs, recognition schemes, and team‑building activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Female candidates aged 35 years or younger.
  • At least 2 years of proven HR management experience, preferably in beauty clinics, hospitals, or spas.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS regulations, and modern HR information systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey policies clearly and negotiate with confidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle internal conflicts, maintain confidentiality, and act as a role model of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data‑driven reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, showing initiative and strategic thinking.
  • High level of discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering integrity.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
