Responsibilities

- Prepare and distribute daily work schedules for technicians, ensuring optimal workflow and minimal downtime.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions, guaranteeing precise financial tracking and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts ordering, track deliveries, and update inventory logs to avoid stockouts.
- Assist in preparing service reports, performance metrics, and monthly summaries for senior management review.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on service feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Support the implementation of safety and quality standards by documenting inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing electronic correspondence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special service packages and seasonal promotions.
Requirements
- Female candidate, fresh graduate with a minimum of a D3/D4 degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
