Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests, visitors, and callers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries with accurate information.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Schedule appointments, conference rooms, and coordinate meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, and keep accurate logs.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports using standard office software.
- Handle cash transactions, process invoices, and maintain petty‑cash records in compliance with company policy.
- Assist in preparing visitor badges, maintaining security logs, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues quickly, demonstrating a “can‑do” attitude even under high‑pressure situations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company services, product offerings, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a front office, reception, or customer‑service environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative workplace.
- Proven capability to remain calm and effective while working under tight deadlines or stressful conditions.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office telephone systems.
