Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked cashier station, ensuring all promotional materials and price lists are up‑to‑date.
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring taste, presentation, and food safety standards are met.
- Assist with inventory checks, receive deliveries, and store ingredients properly to minimize waste.
- Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours.
- Monitor food preparation areas for cleanliness, adhere to hygiene protocols, and perform routine sanitation tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and direct more complex issues to management with professionalism.
- Participate in daily briefings, provide feedback on workflow improvements, and support special events or catering orders as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SMP acceptable for kitchen duties).

- No prior experience required, but at least one year of experience in F&B or restaurant settings is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated discipline, quick decision‑making, and a high level of personal initiative.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure; emotional resilience and “not easily baper” attitude.
- Physically fit and mentally alert to handle long standing periods and fast‑paced service.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proven track record of cooperation and communication.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic cooking skills, food preparation knowledge, and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- Comfortable using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
