Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide variety of pastries, breads, and confectionery items according to standardized recipes and visual specifications.
- Conduct daily quality checks on raw materials, in‑process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external food‑safety regulations.
- Document production metrics, batch records, and quality‑control results using our digital tracking system.
- Identify and report any deviations, non‑conformities, or equipment malfunctions, and work with the supervisory team to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, following HACCP, GMP, and local health‑department guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving supplies, rotating stock, and minimizing waste through proper handling.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth workflow during both peak and off‑peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new recipes, equipment operation, and updated safety protocols.
- Provide mentorship to junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules, working Monday through Saturday, with the possibility of overtime during high‑volume periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, or pastry shops is preferred but not mandatory; a strong passion for baking will be considered.
- Willingness to be placed in any city where the company operates, with full relocation support.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, presentable appearance.
