- Record patient histories, vital signs, and treatment notes accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post‑procedure care, and the use of prescribed medications.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and follow‑up communications to ensure a smooth clinic operation.
- Perform basic radiographic procedures, such as taking intra‑oral X‑rays, under the supervision of a licensed dentist.
- Monitor and replenish dental supplies, ensuring that the treatment rooms are always fully stocked.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to handle billing, insurance verification, and patient inquiries.
- Participate in continuous education workshops and internal training sessions to stay current with the latest dental technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 25 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum SMK Nursing (Keperawatan) or D3 Nursing qualification; all education levels are considered for further training.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with prior clinical experience are a plus.
- Residency: Must reside within Kabupaten Bandung or be willing to relocate.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
