  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute routine documents such as reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and operational equipment, placing orders and tracking deliveries to avoid shortages.
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for multiple departments, including arranging meetings, travel logistics, and venue bookings.
  • Perform basic data entry and database updates, ensuring information is current and error‑free.
  • Provide frontline support during night shifts, overseeing security checks, facility readiness, and urgent administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to address minor equipment issues and coordinate external service providers.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly operational reports, summarizing key performance indicators for senior management.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workplace by adhering to housekeeping standards and participating in periodic audits.

Requirements

  • Education: Open to all educational levels (high school diploma or higher).
