Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns that align with the company’s quarterly sales objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, email outreach, and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline in the CRM system, updating client interactions and forecasting future sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create eye‑catching sales materials, social media content, and event presentations.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging consumer trends.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, community events, and in‑store promotions, delivering compelling product demonstrations.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to the company’s ethical standards and compliance policies.
  • Provide after‑sales support, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction rates.
  • Report performance metrics to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain disciplined attendance and punctuality, working Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, promotion, or related fields; additional experience is highly valued.
  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Result‑oriented attitude; ready to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly disciplined, honest, and respectful of company policies.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
