Responsibilities
- Transport directors to and from meetings, airports, hotels, and other destinations with punctuality and a focus on safety.
- Maintain the vehicle in prime condition through regular servicing, routine inspections, and prompt resolution of minor mechanical issues.
- Ensure both the interior and exterior of the car remain spotless, conducting daily cleaning and detailing as required.
- Manage all vehicle documentation, including registration (STNK), tax papers, insurance, and service records, keeping them current and organized.
- Plan routes in advance, utilizing GPS and local knowledge of the Jabodetabek area to avoid traffic congestion and optimize travel time.
- Anticipate potential challenges—such as unexpected road closures or weather conditions—and adjust plans accordingly to maintain schedules.
- Assist executives with loading and unloading luggage, briefcases, and other items, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Provide discreet support for any personal errands the directors may require, while respecting their privacy at all times.
- Adhere to a strict code of conduct that includes punctuality, honesty, non‑smoking, and a polished personal appearance.
- Be available for overtime, weekend duties, or emergency calls as needed to accommodate the dynamic schedules of senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a personal or executive driver.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A or B1) with an active status.
- Proficiency in operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong familiarity with routes throughout the Jabodetabek region and comfort using GPS navigation systems.
- Residency within the Gunung Sindur or Pamulang areas, facilitating quick response times.
- Excellent physical condition, personal hygiene, and a clean‑cut appearance; non‑smoking is preferred.
- Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and a high level of integrity, especially concerning confidential executive matters.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with willingness to perform overtime or weekend shifts when required.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Ability to handle minor technical issues, such as tire changes or battery checks, without external assistance.
