Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and guide them through the menu, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Operate the store management system (POS) efficiently to process orders, handle cash transactions, and issue receipts.
- Prepare and assemble kebab dishes according to standardized recipes, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, packaging, and consumables; report low stock and assist with restocking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and service counters, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation, equipment checks, and secure storage of valuables.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, service standards, and safety protocols.
- Adapt quickly to high‑pressure situations, such as busy lunch and dinner rushes, while maintaining composure and accuracy.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Availability: Willingness to work a full schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
