Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and guide them through the menu, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Operate the store management system (POS) efficiently to process orders, handle cash transactions, and issue receipts.
  • Prepare and assemble kebab dishes according to standardized recipes, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, packaging, and consumables; report low stock and assist with restocking procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and service counters, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation, equipment checks, and secure storage of valuables.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, service standards, and safety protocols.
  • Adapt quickly to high‑pressure situations, such as busy lunch and dinner rushes, while maintaining composure and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Applicants must be within the legal working age range; no upper age limit specified.
