Introduction

The Sales Motoris FMCG – Wilayah Palmerah position is a dynamic, field‑based sales role within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the company’s product portfolio and a network of retail outlets and end‑customers across the Palmerah region. This role demands a proactive, customer‑focused mindset and the ability to manage daily routes, promote new product launches, and consistently meet sales targets while upholding the company’s brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute direct sales visits to assigned stores and customers according to a predefined daily route, ensuring coverage of all key outlets in the Palmerah area.
  • Introduce, demonstrate, and recommend the company’s FMCG products, tailoring the pitch to each retailer’s needs and market trends.
  • Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing agents to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor inventory levels at each location, replenish stock as needed, and report any discrepancies or potential out‑of‑stock situations to the distribution team.
  • Accurately record sales transactions, update the mobile sales system, and prepare daily sales reports that include volumes, revenue, and feedback.
  • Communicate promotional offers, seasonal discounts, and newly launched items to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and activation periods.
  • Maintain optimal product presentation in stores, arranging merchandise according to company visual standards and ensuring price tags and promotional signage are up‑to‑date.
  • Analyze sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and develop action plans with the regional sales manager to achieve or exceed objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence such as competitor activities, pricing changes, and consumer preferences to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Adhere to all safety, compliance, and ethical guidelines while operating the company‑provided motor vehicle and handling product deliveries.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; higher education is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; the role values diversity and equal opportunity.
