Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short‑form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends, memes, and digital culture to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets while meeting quality standards.
- Operate and troubleshoot basic editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop Express).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas that boost engagement and brand affinity.
- Manage and curate a library of digital assets, ensuring proper naming conventions and version control.
- Provide on‑camera talent support, delivering confident and natural performances in front of the camera.
- Assist in community management by responding to comments and incorporating audience feedback into future content.
- Report performance metrics and insights to help refine future creative strategies.
Requirements
- Residency in Lumajang City; female candidates from the late‑millennial to Gen Z age group are preferred.
- Fresh graduate or currently enrolled university student (any field of study) with a strong portfolio of visual work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly, easy‑going, and able to maintain a positive attitude under tight deadlines.
- Self‑assured presence on camera; comfortable speaking and performing without hesitation.
- Proficiency in taking high‑quality photos and videos using a smartphone or DSLR.
- Basic knowledge of video and photo editing applications (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Creative mindset, innovative problem‑solving ability, and strong comprehension of creative briefs.
