Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our team in the Ciledug, Alam Sutera, and Ciputat areas. This role is a pivotal point of contact between Adira and its existing customer base, focusing on delivering tailored financing products, nurturing long‑term relationships, and driving repeat business. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, within a collaborative environment that values initiative, integrity, and customer‑centric service.

Responsibilities

  • Explain, promote, and recommend Adira’s financing products in a clear, concise manner that aligns with each customer’s financial profile and needs, encouraging repeat purchases.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Relationship Head by managing the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to closing, while adhering to company policies.
  • Process consumer credit applications by collecting, verifying, and validating all required documentation, and accurately inputting initial data into the system.
  • Maintain and update customer records in Adira’s CRM, ensuring that “good customer” data is current, complete, and reflects any changes in personal or financial circumstances.
  • Conduct regular field surveys and in‑person follow‑ups with customers, documenting findings and insights in the application system to support risk assessment and service improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Relationship Head, credit analysts, and marketing teams to refine product offerings and tailor communication strategies based on market feedback.
  • Provide timely, professional support for any customer inquiries or issues, escalating complex matters as necessary to preserve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product enhancements, regulatory changes, and best practices in relationship management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or financial product promotion, preferably within the banking or consumer finance sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Analytical mindset capable of assessing customer creditworthiness and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and loan processing systems; attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
