Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Brand Promotor to join our dynamic team in Brebes. This role is essential for driving brand visibility, executing sales strategies, and supporting the growth of our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal marketing teams to ensure our products achieve optimal shelf presence and meet ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute brand activation initiatives on a daily basis, ensuring that product displays, signage, and promotional materials are correctly positioned in retail outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor intelligence, monitor pricing, and assess shelf stock levels.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales data using Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and present weekly sales reports to the regional sales manager, highlighting key performance indicators such as sell‑through rates, share of shelf, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns, in‑store tastings, and product launches.
  • Train and mentor retail staff on product features, benefits, and merchandising best practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, addressing any issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations during all field activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on consumer insights gathered during field visits.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline; graduates from business, marketing, or related fields are preferred.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a strong advantage, though entry‑level candidates with a keen interest in sales are welcome.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; ability to create pivot tables, charts, and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
  • High initiative, quick response to changing market conditions, and disciplined work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with retailers of all sizes.
  • Ability to start work immediately and commit to a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
