Introduction

This full‑time position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must hold at least a D3/D4 qualification, be willing to work without concurrent school commitments, and be ready to represent our brand with professionalism and warmth.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and recommend specials or promotions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and handle any special dietary requests.
- Set, clear, and reset tables according to hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a courteous manner, checking periodically that guests are satisfied with their meals.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash or electronic transactions securely.
- Upsell additional items such as desserts, coffee, or promotional offers to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Collaborate closely with fellow wait staff, hosts, and managers to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any guest concerns swiftly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor level) in any field.

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, though strong aptitude for service can compensate.
- Highly service‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must not be enrolled in full‑time school or university studies during employment.
