We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Promotion & Salesperson (SPG/SPB) for Handphones to join our retail team in Tanjung Jabung Barat. Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate a wide range of handphone models and accessories to walk‑in customers.
- Educate shoppers on product specifications, operating systems, and after‑sales services, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and repeat customers, providing personalized recommendations based on individual needs and usage patterns.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display, regularly restocking shelves and updating promotional materials.
- Collect and document customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to support the store’s merchandising strategy.
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure timely availability of high‑demand items.
- Participate in regular sales training sessions, product launches, and store meetings to stay current on new technologies and sales methodologies.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and process warranty registrations or service requests as needed.
- Support promotional events, in‑store demonstrations, and seasonal campaigns to boost foot traffic and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) / SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in handphone sales or a related consumer electronics role.
- Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency with basic sales tools, POS systems, and mobile communication devices.
- Adaptability to changing product lines, promotional strategies, and market conditions.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
