Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic culinary team as Staf Kitchen Crew – Persiapan Makanan & Pelayanan. As a key member of the kitchen crew, you will work closely with chefs, fellow kitchen staff, and service personnel to ensure that every dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, marinating, and portioning according to recipe specifications.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Support the line cooks and chefs during peak service periods by delivering pre‑prepared components promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, label and store food items properly, and rotate stock to minimize waste.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper hand‑washing, sanitizing surfaces, and following temperature control guidelines.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely plating and delivery of dishes to guests.
- Assist in cleaning duties at the end of each shift, ensuring the kitchen and workstations are orderly for the next day.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve workflow and suggest innovative ideas for menu enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the employer).
- Age limit: up to 30 years old (interpreted from “Maksimal 0 Tahun” as a placeholder; adjust as needed).
- Physical fitness – able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong moral character: honesty, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment is a plus, though we welcome motivated newcomers willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of operating kitchen machinery and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Commitment to a consistent work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
