Introduction
PT. Sinar Logistik Indonesia is seeking a diligent and proactive Pengendalian Kerugian Gudang Srengseng to join our security operations team. This role is critical in safeguarding our warehouse assets, minimizing losses, and ensuring a safe environment for all personnel. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse managers, inventory control staff, and the broader logistics team to detect, investigate, and prevent any form of loss, theft, or damage.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily activities within the Srengseng warehouse to identify potential loss risks.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to verify that security procedures and safety protocols are consistently applied.
- Lead investigations into incidents of theft, break‑ins, equipment damage, or inventory discrepancies, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for warehouse staff on loss‑prevention policies, emergency response, and proper handling of high‑value goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, HR, and the central security hub—to ensure swift recovery actions and continuous improvement of loss‑prevention measures.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, inspections, and corrective actions in the company’s security management system.
- Coordinate mobile security patrols to adjacent hubs or satellite warehouses as required by operational demands.
- Provide recommendations for security equipment upgrades, layout adjustments, and procedural enhancements based on observed trends.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Work experience: At least 1 year in security, loss prevention, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: Gada Pratama, Gada Madya, or other recognized security credentials.
- Willingness to be stationed at Warehouse Srengseng and to work in a shift system.
- Availability to work five days a week, including public holidays and weekends when required.
- Flexibility to travel between the main hub and other warehouse locations for mobile patrols.
- Key skills: loss prevention, security administration, analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to train and motivate staff.
