We are seeking a dynamic and personable Staf Boutique – Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our growing fashion retail team. This front‑line position plays a crucial role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and amplifying our brand presence across popular social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations that align with the boutique’s latest collections.
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor by arranging merchandise, updating displays, and ensuring inventory is stocked and presented according to brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges with professionalism.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, resolving issues promptly to achieve high satisfaction scores.
- Create and publish engaging content on TikTok and Instagram, showcasing new arrivals, styling tips, and behind‑the‑scenes moments to attract followers and drive foot traffic.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and direct messages, and report insights that can inform future marketing strategies.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting regular stock counts, and updating the store’s inventory management system.
- Collaborate with the store manager and visual merchandiser to plan seasonal promotions, pop‑up events, and special sales campaigns.
- Adhere to the boutique’s dress code and grooming standards, presenting a polished and professional image at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, fashion trends, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with TikTok and Instagram, including content creation, basic video editing, and community management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, and a creative mindset.

- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend events.
- Familiarity with basic store management systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
