Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Sales & Business Development professional to join our fast‑growing team. This role focuses on expanding the client base for ICONIX, our flagship clinic management software, across a wide range of healthcare providers including beauty clinics, dental offices, general health centers, specialist clinics, and private doctor practices. The ideal candidate will combine a strong sales track record with an understanding of the healthcare technology market, enabling them to translate complex software benefits into clear business value for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in the healthcare sector, targeting clinics, dental practices, and specialist medical offices.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with decision‑makers, providing both offline and online product demonstrations of ICONIX.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client goals and propose tailored software solutions that improve patient workflow and practice profitability.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, detailed proposals, and competitive quotations that align with client budgets and timelines.
  • Design and execute quarterly sales strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Educate prospects on the functional and financial advantages of ICONIX, including workflow automation, data security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs and sales forecasts, reporting progress and challenges to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous client satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position ICONIX as the leading solution in the market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Representative, preferably within software, technology, or healthcare product sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles, subscription models, and the healthcare technology landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales quotas.
  • Self‑motivated team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Own transportation is an advantage for on‑site client visits.
