We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Salon Kecantikan Rambut for our busy East Jakarta location. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our salon delivers exceptional hair care and beauty services while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for every client. Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day salon operations from Monday to Saturday, ensuring smooth workflow between 08:00 and 17:00.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of hair stylists, assistants, and front‑desk staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Perform high‑quality hair cutting (gunting) and coloring (hair color) services when needed, demonstrating expertise and staying current with industry trends.
- Conduct regular consultations with clients to understand their styling goals, recommend appropriate treatments, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of hair products, tools, and supplies, placing orders and tracking usage to prevent shortages.
- Implement and monitor hygiene and safety protocols, guaranteeing a clean and safe salon for clients and staff.
- Handle client feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and client appointments for senior management.
- Organize promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and training sessions to boost salon visibility and staff skill sets.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, employment policies, and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates (no upper age limit).
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a beauty or hair‑care salon.
- Proficient in advanced cutting techniques and professional hair coloring methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills – courteous, friendly, and able to manage staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and client‑consultation abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of beauty product consultation and hair‑care treatment recommendations.
