Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff HRD – Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, including filing and recapping all registration documents.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor daily attendance and leave requests, update the attendance system, and generate regular absence analytics.
- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) related to HR‑related supplies and services.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel for data analysis and Word for documentation—to produce clear, concise reports.
- Provide timely support to employees and managers on HR inquiries, fostering a positive employee experience.
- Assist in the planning and execution of training and development programs that enhance skill sets and career growth.
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders to refine HR policies, improve processes, and implement best practices.
- Work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Participate in internal audits and ensure that all HR documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a Human Resources role, preferably with exposure to payroll, attendance monitoring, and administrative support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Word.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities, a collaborative mindset, and the capacity to build trusting relationships across all organizational levels.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
