This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our credit portfolio by promoting financing solutions to both existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and present the company’s credit products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet diverse financing needs.
  • Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of applicant information.
  • Collect, review, and complete all required customer documentation and credit applications in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the end‑to‑end progress of each credit application, coordinating with underwriting teams and providing timely updates to dealers and customers.
  • Communicate credit decisions—approval, rejection, or conditional approval—clearly and professionally, guiding customers on next steps.
  • Inform borrowers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other pertinent information to facilitate smooth loan servicing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the multifinance sector.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting sales achievements, pipeline status, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on product features, regulatory changes, and best sales practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Age: up to 29 years old.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Possession of a valid personal vehicle and an active SIM C (motorcycle license) for field visits.
  • Strong grasp of multifinance business processes, including credit assessment and risk management.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing—especially within financial services—is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while meeting targets.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
