Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Desain Front Desk (DW) General Maintenance professional to join our dynamic team. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and internal staff, while also ensuring that general maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and safely. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling both front‑desk responsibilities and routine upkeep of facilities. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, with standard working hours of 08:00 – 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all promotional materials and signage are up‑to‑date.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities, including minor repairs, equipment inspections, and facility cleanliness.
  • Monitor and log any building issues, reporting critical problems to senior maintenance staff promptly.
  • Assist with scheduling of external service providers for specialized repairs or deep‑cleaning tasks.
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and preparation of simple reports.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
  • Adapt to high‑pressure situations, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Uphold company policies on security, confidentiality, and workplace safety at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in front‑desk or general maintenance roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Honesty, responsibility, and a high level of integrity.

  • Basic technical aptitude for handling minor repairs and maintenance tools.
