Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering strictly to the company’s SOPs for food preparation, portion control, and presentation.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly.
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are presented with consistent quality, taste, and visual appeal.
- Monitor and uphold the cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, kitchen workstations, and storage facilities.
- Perform regular inventory checks, restock supplies, and report any shortages or equipment issues to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing customer wait times.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper hand‑washing, food handling, and equipment sanitation.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional offers, and service enhancements.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, process payments, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Contribute ideas for improving service efficiency, menu presentation, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
