The successful candidate will join a team of skilled craftsmen and will be entrusted with operating key machinery, monitoring production flow, and ensuring that every product meets our stringent quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate and set up production equipment such as Table Saw, Scroll Saw, and Mesin Amplas according to work orders.
- Monitor the machining process to ensure consistent product dimensions, surface finish, and overall quality.
- Conduct routine inspections of machines, perform minor adjustments, and report any maintenance needs to the technical team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following company safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and meet daily output targets.
- Document production data, including machine run times, material usage, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Assist in training new team members on proper machine operation, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, providing suggestions for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Adhere to the company’s schedule: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for overtime when production demands increase.
- Uphold company values of discipline, hard work, and integrity in all interactions with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as stipulated by the operational needs of the facility).
- Religion: Must be Muslim, respecting the cultural context of the workplace.
- Personal Attributes: Highly disciplined, hardworking, honest, and eager to learn.
- Technical Skills: Willingness to learn or prior experience operating Table Saw, Scroll Saw, and Mesin Amplas.
- Team Management: Ability to assist in supervising small production teams and ensure cohesive workflow.
- Language: Basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia for clear communication on the shop floor.
- Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
