Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) to join the leading baby product brand operating across the Jabodetabek region. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness and increasing market share for our premium line of baby care and FMCG (Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods) products. As part of a fast‑growing industry, you will work directly with retailers, parents, and caregivers, delivering product knowledge and creating memorable experiences that translate into sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging in‑store product demonstrations and sampling for baby care items, highlighting key benefits and usage instructions.
- Maintain optimal shelf presentation by executing merchandising standards, stocking shelves, and ensuring promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers, pharmacy staff, and key decision‑makers to secure premium shelf space and promotional support.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques, upselling complementary products, and cross‑selling within the FMCG portfolio.
- Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Organize and participate in local events, parenting workshops, and brand activation campaigns to increase product visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with logistics for replenishment, and manage product returns or exchanges in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, sales sheets, and attendance records using the company’s mobile reporting tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 28 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG, preferably in FMCG and baby product categories.
- Resides within the Jabodetabek area and possesses reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey product benefits clearly.
- Strong selling aptitude, demonstrated through meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude, good time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic proficiency with mobile reporting applications and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
