Introduction
SPX Express, a leading logistics and courier service provider operating throughout Indonesia, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Manajer BPO for its Tegal, Jawa Tengah office. This full‑time, contract position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the business process outsourcing (BPO) functions that support our fast‑growing manpower and vendor management operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal recruitment teams, external vendors, and our HR Business Partners to ensure seamless staffing, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower requests with external staffing vendors and the internal recruitment team, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs across all operational units.
- Maintain and regularly update the manpower database, generating turnover reports, conducting gap analysis, and presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage relationships with courier and non‑courier partners, including attendance tracking, issuance and reconciliation of warning letters, and escalation of partner issues to the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Oversee BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and private insurance administration: reconcile payments, collect supplemental documentation, and act as the primary liaison during claims or incidents.
- Perform accurate invoice reconciliation for vendor services, ensuring that all financial entries align with contractual terms and internal budgeting guidelines.
- Prepare periodic HR and operational dashboards using advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables) to support strategic decision‑making.
- Facilitate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and exit interviews.
- Monitor compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal policies, promptly addressing any discrepancies or audit findings.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying repetitive tasks that can be streamlined or automated.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in HR Administration, Vendor Management, or Relationship Management, preferably within a logistics or BPO environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and propose solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude toward repetitive operational tasks and a genuine interest in vendor management.
- Willingness to travel locally around Tegal and to work on‑site five days a week (Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑18:30).
- Open to contract employment status with the potential for future permanent placement based on performance.
