Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Staff Marketing and Product Communication professional to join our fast‑growing manufacturing division. This role is pivotal in shaping how our products are positioned in the market, strengthening brand awareness, and driving revenue growth through strategic communication. The position is full‑time, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, and the exact work‑day schedule will be communicated during the interview process. Candidates of any gender are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, evaluate competitor activities, and identify emerging trends to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Product Promotion & Brand Building: Design and execute multi‑channel campaigns that communicate product value propositions, boost brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.
  • Operational Coordination: Liaise with production, supply‑chain, and sales teams to ensure product launches are synchronized with inventory availability and logistics constraints.
  • Reporting & Target Management: Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Develop persuasive sales collateral, presentations, and digital content in both English and Mandarin to support the sales force and enhance customer relationships.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Participate in product development meetings to provide market insights, and work closely with the R&D department to align features with customer needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies within the marketing workflow and propose data‑driven solutions to increase productivity.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma / SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing within a manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of supply‑chain dynamics and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • Soft skills: adaptability, analytical thinking, teamwork, time management, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
