Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Kasir Layanan Pelanggan (Female) to join our fast‑growing retail team. This full‑time role is based in a bustling customer‑facing environment where you will handle cash transactions, provide excellent service, and support the overall shopping experience. The position operates on a long‑shift schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and includes weekend and national holiday work as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
  • Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve minor complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring all supplies (receipts, bags, promotional materials) are stocked.
  • Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing reports for the finance department.
  • Collaborate with floor staff to manage product returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with store guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory checks, barcode scanning, and restocking of high‑traffic items during quieter periods.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell complementary products, contributing to sales targets.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on new POS systems, customer service techniques, and health‑safety protocols.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues or process improvements.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, minimum age of 18 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a cashier is preferred but not mandatory; strong numerical ability is essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanor.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail when handling money.
  • Willingness to work long shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
