To support this growth we are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Pengelola Usaha Kopi Keliling (Mobile Coffee Rider). This role combines the excitement of on‑the‑road sales with the craftsmanship of a barista, offering a unique entry point into the vibrant coffee industry.
The ideal candidate will love the freedom of moving through the city on a bike or motorbike, enjoys direct interaction with coffee lovers, and is eager to represent KOPI NOW’s high‑quality standards while building lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Operasional Penjualan: Operate a bicycle or motorbike to travel to strategic locations, set up a mobile coffee stall, and sell a variety of coffee drinks. Serve each customer with a friendly attitude, ensuring order accuracy and adherence to the brand’s presentation standards.
- Penanganan Produk: Keep coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other ingredients fresh throughout the day. Follow proper storage procedures, monitor temperature, and perform quick quality checks before each serving.
- Manajemen Keuangan: Record every transaction in a simple ledger or digital app, count cash at the end of the shift, and submit daily sales reports to the store manager. Maintain transparency and accuracy to support financial reconciliation.
- Promosi & Hubungan Pelanggan: Actively engage passersby, introduce new flavors, hand out promotional flyers, and gather feedback. Build rapport with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and increase average ticket size.
- Perawatan Kendaraan & Peralatan: Perform routine checks on tires, brakes, and fuel levels; clean the coffee equipment after each use. Report any mechanical issues or supply shortages promptly.
- Kedisiplinan & Keamanan: Maintain a tidy work area, wear a clean uniform, and follow traffic laws and safety protocols. Ensure personal protective equipment is used when handling hot beverages.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male, age 30 years or younger.
- Honest, hardworking, and self‑motivated.
- Ability to ride a bicycle or motorbike safely and confidently.
- Basic barista skills: knowledge of coffee brewing, milk frothing, and drink presentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to converse politely with a diverse clientele.
- Multitasking ability – handling orders, cash, and vehicle duties simultaneously.
- Willingness to undergo training until fully proficient.
