Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies, ensuring proper rotation and adherence to sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor food preparation times to ensure timely service during peak periods, especially Monday through Saturday shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including regular cleaning of surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing, use of protective gear, and waste disposal.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and front‑of‑house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen supervisor promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve cooking techniques, menu knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, cost‑saving measures, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 29 years old or younger.

- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
