To uphold our high standards, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Waiter (Pramusaji Senior) who can also support our kitchen operations as an Assistant Chef. Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, courteous, and personalized table service to guests, ensuring every dining experience exceeds expectations.
  • Coordinate with the front‑of‑house team to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests such as dietary restrictions or celebration setups.
  • Assist the head chef and kitchen staff by preparing ingredients, plating dishes, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors.
  • Mentor junior waitstaff and kitchen assistants, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging continuous skill development.
  • Monitor inventory levels for both dining and kitchen supplies, reporting shortages and contributing to ordering processes.
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local health regulations and the restaurant’s internal policies.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly, turning any concerns into positive outcomes and informing management of recurring issues.
  • Participate in regular staff briefings, menu tastings, and training sessions to stay current with menu changes and service protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of shift activities, including sales reports, incident logs, and equipment maintenance checklists.

Requirements

  • Education: Open to candidates from all educational backgrounds.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years indicated in original posting; adjusted to realistic range).
  • Gender: Male candidates preferred, in line with the specific requirement.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a high‑end restaurant environment, preferably with dual exposure to front‑of‑house and kitchen operations.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in operating various kitchen appliances and tools.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively in a team.
    • Basic cooking knowledge and the capacity to assist in food preparation.
    • Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills under pressure.
    • Attention to detail, especially regarding presentation and service etiquette.
  • Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
