Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive – Pengelola Akun dan Penjualan to join our fast‑growing sales team. This role focuses on offline, person‑to‑person marketing, building strong relationships with customers, and representing our brand with professionalism and confidence. As an Account Executive, you will be the face of the company in the field, directly influencing product perception and driving revenue growth through targeted outreach and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Execute offline marketing campaigns by approaching potential customers directly (person‑to‑person), delivering product demonstrations, and gathering immediate feedback.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing communication channels with existing and prospective customers to nurture interest and trust in the product line.
  • Present product information clearly, persuasively, and professionally, tailoring messages to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all interactions uphold the company’s reputation and visual standards.
  • Track and report daily sales activities, lead conversions, and market insights to the sales manager for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to align field efforts with broader promotional initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and propose actionable strategies to capture them.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction that encourages repeat business.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 19 and 30 years.
  • Polished appearance and confident demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt language and tone to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated sales team.
  • Self‑management skills, including time‑management, goal‑setting, and resilience under pressure.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (experience not mandatory, fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Basic proficiency with mobile devices and familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads.
