Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Nurse (Perawat Profesional) to join our multidisciplinary team at a leading hospital. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to in‑patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.
- Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and wound care following hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor vital signs, interpret clinical data, and promptly report any changes in patient condition to the medical team.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless continuity of care across all departments.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medication regimens, post‑discharge instructions, and preventive health measures.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in the electronic health system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Participate in emergency response teams, including code blue and rapid response situations, providing critical interventions when needed.
- Assist in the orientation and mentorship of new nursing staff and nursing students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Engage in quality improvement projects, audits, and evidence‑based practice initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Uphold infection control policies, safety standards, and hospital accreditation requirements at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (S1 Profesi Ners) or equivalent professional nursing degree.
- Valid Indonesian Nurse Registration (Surat Tanda Registrasi – STR) and up‑to‑date health clearance.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting; recent graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated resilience, strong work ethic, and disciplined approach to shift work and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patients of all ages.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) and adapt to rotating shift demands when required.
