Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Relationship Officer to join our team covering the Tambun area within the greater Jabodetabekser region. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong connections between our company and both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through our product portfolio, facilitating credit applications, and ensuring a seamless experience from order acquisition to payment fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a comprehensive range of company products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs.
  • Secure orders through various distribution channels, gather initial customer data, conduct thorough verification, and compile all required documentation for credit applications.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, maintaining clear communication with dealers and customers regarding status updates and final decisions.
  • Provide customers with detailed information on payment terms, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to ensure timely settlements.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships by offering post‑sale support, addressing inquiries, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including underwriting, finance, and logistics—to streamline processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions and transaction details are up‑to‑date.
  • Analyze market trends within the Tambun region to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with product knowledge, regulatory changes, and best practices in customer relationship management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or associate degree (D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Maximum age of 29 years at the time of application.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, credit analysis, or customer relationship roles, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
  • Strong communication and persuasive negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and telemarketing capabilities.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple customer dossiers simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30.
