Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a diligent Petugas Remedial (Collection) to join our team in Wonosobo, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts (A/R Overdue) while maintaining strong relationships with borrowers. The successful candidate will operate within a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, contributing directly to the financial health of our multifinance operations.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, based at the local Adira Finance branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile. This position welcomes fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals, offering a clear career pathway in credit management and collections.
Responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end collection processes for overdue loan accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and track the aging of receivables, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess repayment capacity.
- Update the collection management system with accurate interaction logs, payment schedules, and status changes.
- Identify high‑risk accounts and recommend escalation to senior collections or legal departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, customer service, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on industry best practices, legal developments, and negotiation techniques.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement, automation, and risk mitigation to enhance overall collection efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or D3/S1 in any field) – candidates with SMA/SMK backgrounds are also welcome.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial role (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with collection software or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
